[Sample requirements]
Suitable for human serum, plasma or whole blood samples, including plasma or whole blood samples prepared by clinical common anticoagulant (EDTA, heparin, orab ounctone).
If the sample is collected, it should be tested immediately. If it is not possible to detect, the serum to be tested can be placed in 2 to 8 ° C for 5 days. If you need to store long-term storage, it should be placed at -20 ° C. Avoid repeated frozen samples. Anticoagulated whole blood samples, not more than 72 hours at room temperature; no more than 7 days at 2 ~ 8 ° C.
Before the test, the refrigerated or frozen stored sample slowly returned to room temperature and cleared well. When there is a significant visible particulate matter in the sample, it should be centrifuged before the test and the precipitate is removed.
In the sample, if there is a lot of lipids, hemolysis or turbid, please do not use, so as not to affect the results.
