1, instrument installation. The installation position of the instrument should be away from the source of electromagnetic interference, heat source, to prevent sunlight, moisture, ventilation good test bench, indoor temperature should be 15 ~ 25℃, relative humidity should be < 80%.

2. Preparation for use. Before use, you must read the instrument manual carefully, and understand the working principle, operating procedures, precautions, calibration methods and instrument maintenance requirements in detail.

3. Turn it on. After the machine is turned on, the calibration tape is used for measurement. Only when the detection result of the calibration tape is completely consistent with the requirement of the calibration tape can the quality control substance or urine specimen be detected.

4, Urine analyzer out of control detection. Both normal and abnormal quality control urine are tested. If the "normal" quality control result becomes abnormal, or the "abnormal" quality control result becomes normal, it is out of control. If a certain film block (item) of the quality control object is within the target value of ±1 magnitude, it is still treated as not out of control.

5, Urine quality control substance detection in the allowed range, can process urine specimen test, the test requires the urine specimen to be fresh, from the discharge to the test can not exceed 2 hours. If it is indeed impossible to submit the specimen in time, the specimen should be refrigerated at 4 ° C and stored for no more than 6 hours. When the urine specimen is taken out of the refrigerator, its temperature should be balanced to room temperature before mixing for testing.

6, Urine analysis strips should be stored and used under the conditions recommended by the manufacturer, should not put the urine test strips in direct light or exposed to humid environments. Only take the required amount of strips at a time, and the cap should be closed immediately. The excess urine analysis strips should not be put back into the original container, and the remaining test strips of each bottle should not be combined. Do not touch the reaction detection module of the test strip during operation.
