(1)    There is still excess blood in the transparent hose after blood collection. The vacuum blood collection tube uses negative pressure to draw blood into the tube. When the blood collection is completed, most of the blood in the transparent hose cannot be injected into the tube again due to the equal pressure inside and outside the tube. Measures: When the last blood collection tube is connected, the tourniquet will be untied, and the needle will be withdrawn when the required blood amount is nearly full, so that the blood in the transparent hose will be sucked into the tube by negative pressure, which will not cause the above waste.

(2)    After the successful puncture of the blood vessel, the vacuum blood collection vessel is connected, but the blood cannot enter the tube. At this time, insufficient blood volume and vascular collapse are excluded, mostly due to the disappearance of negative pressure in the vacuum blood collection tube. Measures: If the previous blood collection fails, as long as the tail needle into the test tube, even if the test tube is not contaminated, it can not be used again, the test tube must be replaced when collecting the blood again, do not put the tail needle into the vacuum test tube before blood collection, the above two points will make the vacuum test tube communicate with the atmosphere, so that the negative pressure disappears, the blood can not automatically flow to the tube, resulting in blood collection failure.
